- game ditest di windows 7 32bit dan atau windows XP
- Tidak Menerima Request game
- Tidak menerima penggabungan game dalam 1 dvd
- Tidak menerima Pengisian game ke HDD (Harddisk)
- Hari minggu dan tanggal merah libur sehingga tidak ada pengiriman, yang mau order silakan tinggalkan pesan SMS
- Barang yang sudah dikirim ke jne adalah tanggung jawab jne
- Semua game yang di distribusikan sebelumnya telah melalui double checking ( sebelum dan sesudah diburn ) untuk meminimalisir error saat installasi
